Perfect duffle bag for traveling
This duffle bag is everything you can possibly want if you need to pack 50 lb (23 Kg) or more for traveling. So lightweight and compact when not in use, and yet made of good quality materials that resist dirt, water and a ton of weight. The zippers are great, smooth and resistant, and the bag has extra zipped compartments on the sides to store stuff that are very useful while packing and traveling. I bought 3 of these to bring all the stuff I needed for my baby all the way from the US to Chile and they did not disappoint! Great product and great quality.

BIG and Carries a LOT – Lot the side Zippered Pockets
This is an amazing and huge duffel bag. It worked Tremendously well for a huge event we did this week. Ti carries almost 100 liters of items we needed. The zippered Sid pockets awed the deciding issue for ordering this particular bag, and they are super handy. Also love the bright color rather than the standard black. Many times we said. . . “it’s in the big RED bag.”It seems sturdy enough and the zippers and seams appear to be durable. We are pleased with this order and recommend this duffel bag.

Affordable & roomy
We were halfway through a trip and realized we’d never be able to cram all our stuff into the suitcases we’d brought, so I looked for another suitcase online. I didn’t want to buy a cheap one that would break, but we also don’t need a nice one to add to our luggage stores. This bag ended up being perfect. We filled it with our softer, non-breakable items and checked it with our other bags. It held up fine. If anything, it was a little larger than we needed — we never got it “stuffed” which would have protected the contents a little more. But there were no issues even with it being a bit floppy. Especially for the price, the perfect option for us.

Strong and holds a ton, but beware the odor!
I bought one in red and one in navy blue for my teen sons to each have for camping. Each bag easily handled an uncompressed, rolled sleeping bag, a normal sized pillow, snow pants (first trip was in winter), spare hat, gloves, random small necessities, and a couple of changes of clothes, PLUS a little room to spare. They could’ve fit in extra boots if they had them, a small tent, or other gear. Easy to use and very sturdy so far.But the odor of the navy blue bag is awful! The red had a slight odor upon opening, but barely noticeable. The navy, on the other hand, smelled to me like day-old pizza sitting on the counter. I would’ve exchanged it but didn’t have time before it would get used. So I aired it out for day and a half, and the smell lessened, but it is still there a week later, days after the camping trip and the stink slightly tainted everything in the duffle as well, so I had to launder all the washable contents from it, whether dirty or not.

Roomy and durable for under two pounds.
This bag weighs 742 grams (1 pound 10 ounces). If you unsnap the shoulder strap, you can get this down to 632 grams (1 pound 6 ounces). I put this information in first because I couldn’t find the weight anywhere in the description and some other reviews said that the bag weighs under a pound. It is closer to two pounds, but as I will explain below, I think the extra weight is worth it.I typically travel with just carry on luggage and seldom check a bag. Still, there are those times when it is nice to take a collapsible duffel along to bring home souvenirs and the like. That is where this bag shines. It collapses down to about 10” x 12” x 1.25”. I opted to leave the shoulder strap home and use the handle to carry the bag. With 40 pounds (18 kg) in the bag, the padded hand strap kept my hand comfortable but my arm got tired. In hindsight, I should have taken the shoulder strap. The bag is slightly smaller than the 62 inches (157 cm) that most USA airlines allow for length plus width plus height. The bag would easily carry the max airline allowed 50 pounds (23 kg) that USA airlines allow. There are slightly bigger bags available, but I don’t think I would want one for airline travel.Build quality is decent. Zippers are okay, but this is not a $150 Osprey or Patagonia or even a $100 REI. If I were using this for every trip, I would want a better bag.At the end of my trip, I was standing at the luggage carousel wondering if I should have saved 10 ounces with a lighter bag. About that time, someone’s bag that the airline had shredded and sort of taped back together came down the conveyor. I felt better about the extra 10 ounces I had carried for this duffel in my backpack on my outbound trip. All in all, this Amazon bag was perfect for my lightweight collapsible bag needs.

Mega size! (UPDATE) TSA “Sure Locks” fit in the zipper pulls to secure these duffels
UPDATE June 2020: I had a mandatory medical trip I took and took along one of my duffels. I found out you CAN lock these duffels. I purchased a set of “TSA approved Sure Locks” that are the perfect size to fit in the zipper pull holes. You can find them on Amazon below:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G7V5M17/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_b4o9EbP8NM5ATUPDATE: I finally went on my trip. I bought a total of four of these duffel bags, but ended up taking three, plus two smaller bags. So far, they traveled in a truck, 2 Ubers, 1 hotel shuttle, 2 airplanes, and thru baggage claim…and a yellow cab and they all made it to Mexico City all intact. No rips, nada. I’m impressed. I’ve added more photos to show the bags in their original state packed. They all weighed about 40lbs at the airport. They were pretty much packed and I’m sure exceeded the checked baggage limit size based on my measurements, but I didn’t have to pay any oversize fees at the Delta service desk. They didn’t even look at them twice. Highly recommend these if for no other reason than a good bag to use for storage. Please note: I stored the shoulder straps of each bag in one of the outside zippered pockets. That’s when I discovered that the fabric (seat belt material) that is made out of the handles actually extends all the way to the bottom of the bag and is double stiched and taped and sewn with a separate piece of nylon, so those handles are hefty. The whole time I thought they were just sewn to the side of the upper bag because that’s all you can see from all the images. But, when you unzip those exterior pockets you’ll see the extra craftsmanship.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Wow! Very roomy bags. Upon opening the small boxes they came in, I had my doubts and they initially appeared to be just regular size duffel bags. But, after I shook one open it expanded to a mega size.I purchased two of these to use as checked bags to transport a LOT of stuff I will need for a 9 month trip. Mainly a lot of cosmetic bottles, cleaning supplies, a heater, fan, slow cooker and a lot of other stuff. I find that no matter where you go having your own cooker, personal fan and heater is necessary, because rooms are either too cold or hot. These bags aren’t very cheaply made in my opinion (even though they are made in China). I thought the nylon was stronger than expected and the zippers are too.All the hardware is metal, not plastic. Can’t wait to use these in 3 months. I would recommend using bread bag ties to tie the two main zippers together, which is what I do with other pieces of luggage to prevent them separating in transit.Locking any soft sided luggage, in my opinion is a waste. If someone wanted inside, they just penetrate the zippers or cut the fabric. But, bread ties work great to lessen the chances of an accidental opening.I update many of my reviews and I will come back and give my 2cents on how they worked out in the wild. But, there’s no reason to give these bags nothing less than 5 stars.Note: I purchased the red color, and it’s not fire engine red, but more burgany/maroon in color. Which is a good thing.I added a photo to show how large these bags are. I stacked both of mine on top of a Patagonia Black Hole Duffel 120L size. Look how much bigger the Amazon bags are. Those120L black hole duffel bags are huge. People use them to go to Mt Everest base camp. Hope this photo helps in comparing the size. Before I forget, the only thing I can see Amazon doing to make this bag even more awesome, is adding a shoulder pad to the strap. I already have several extra pads from other bags that I plan to slide on these existing straps. I will only be using the straps to move from a taxi to just inside the airport terminal to the checked baggage desk. So not a biggie.

Just got this in. Saw how little the pkg was and got worried. This thing is massive! Can’t wait to take it on my trip with me and the kids. Wanted something big enough for mine and my daughters clothes for a week. Truthfully, I think I can fit my sons clothes in there as well.

Good for light duty
I first ordered the black duffel, and when I inspected it I decided to get a second one in red and third one in blue. I am doing some car traveling and as much as I LOVE my large hard shell suitcase, it weighs about 12 pounds completely empty, while these duffel bags are about 2 pounds empty with the cross body strap attached. Using these bags worked very well. I did not fill them to the max, and kept them between 25-30 pounds so they were light enough to carry. The three different colors helped keep things organized. Red for food and cooking stuff, Blue for bedding, and black for clothes and electronics. Although they say the bags can hold up to 50 pounds, I would recommend to not pack them to the max so it is less wear and tear on the seams, with the added bonus of not having a 50 pound bag to lug around, which gets heavy quickly.

Largest bag you’ve ever encountered
Giving it 3 stars cause I look so stupid carrying around a bag this size. This bag has no business being this big. I could fit a middle schooler in here. Or a petite woman. Literally I look like I’m trying to a hide a body somewhere. Everyone stared at me.This bag was meant to pack a weeks worth of clothes. Could have packed everything I need for a semester at college. Seriously, make sure you fully understand how big the bag is before you buy it. I thought I did but I was mistaken. I had to buy a new bag because of how ridiculous I look carrying it around.Other than that there are problems with the bad. Good quality, strong staps and extra pockets

Inexpensive travel bag
I needed a large duffle that was inexpensive, light and durable. This worked out for my use. I needed to carry a large quantity of garments so there was nothing that was breakable, just clothes. I also packed one duffle into another as a precautionary measure in case it ripped or was excessively abused by the airlines. This step worked out well so the garments would not get damaged if the bag was ripped. I don’t recommend doing this to travel but this was a one off situation so this was a less expensive alternative for the international flight.

Withstood Being Checked Baggage
This duffel is great. Large capacity and seems to be well made. It withstood being checked baggage on a flight with no issues. The only thing I wish was different was that there were holes in the zipper handles to be able to clip them together to assure they would not slip open during the flight or handling.

HUGE bag, GREAT price!
You will definitely feel you got more than you paid for. HUGE bag, well made. My son uses this as his hockey bad for his hockey skates and gear with lots of room left over. The bad doesn’t have a cardboard bottom to give it a structure as a lot of bags have but for the price it’s been very good for our purposes. Definitely recommend this bag if you need a big bag.

Just what I needed for my beach vacation
I needed a large duffel for bedding for a week long stay at a house at the beach. I had large blankets and when rolled up this duffel was exactly the right size for them. Previously I used a very large army top loaded army duffel which does the job but this top zippered duffel is so much more convenient. My wife is not as excited about this duffel and thinks the nylon material is thin and will rip. I’m not worried. Of course it’s not going to last forever but if we get a few years out of it it is well worth it.

100L and 50lbs/23Kg if you’re travelling! 👌
I had to travel cross continent and I tried multiple bags, but NONE would FIT as much as this bag. I got 6 different bags from different brands even more expensive ones, but at the end I got 6 of this one 👌👌The only upgrade I’d like to see is handles on the smaller sides (so I’m able to pull with that)

Excellent value
I bought this to carry motocross gear. Sure, there brand-name specific bags for that application but they cost at least twice as much, and for my occasional use I’m not super worried about long-term durability; if it lasts 5 or 6 trips (which is a year or two for me) I’ll be happy. From initial impressions I think it should. For the money, I’m pleasantly surprised. The size is perfect for my use: it holds my full torso armor, MX boots, knee braces, pants, jersey, change of street clothes, and a bunch of misc. stuff without a problem. Everything except my helmet, which I’d keep separate anyway. The six individual zippered pockets on the outside are great for organizing smaller stuff like goggles and gloves. I can’t think of too many common activities or trips that would require more bag than this, unless you’re a hockey goalie or some such.A U-shaped main zipper opening would be nice, but not essential. Again, for the price I have no complaints (provided it doesn’t self-destruct immediately).

I was going to take this to travel overseas because of all the good reviews. However, after receiving and inspecting it, I decided to leave it home and use it as a storage instead. The reason I was not comfortable in traveling with it overseas is because the threads are weak. It wouldn’t have been able to handle the max weight of 50lbs, it would have eventually break and I didn’t want to take that risk.It is a good size, excellent for storing all sorts of stuff. Great for local travels but I can’t suggest it for overseas travels.

Quality at a budget price!
I purchased this item primarily to use as a gear bag for camping.Out of the box I thought I had received a red throw blanket. How wrong I was! After examination I realized this was a very large bag but had no idea until I started placing items into it.StitchingAppears of good quality and sturdy. Handles come together with a Velcro strap. Shoulder strap is adjustable and padded. The rings are metal which made me happy because they weren’t plastic.Wall material appears thin and light weight it is never the less extremely durable and strong. So far I have packed the interior compartment with two sleeping bags, a two person tent, a waterproof 10 x 10 tarp, And an extra blanket. With all of that gear packed inside this extremely large bag I still have room for more.On either side of the exterior of the bag are for smaller compartments with zippers. And two of these compartments I have fitted two inflatable sleeping pads. Once again I still have two compartments on the opposite side available for adding more contents.all zippers move easily and without snagging. It would have been nice if zippers would have contained holes for luggage lock but I can live with that small item. This is not a designated gear bag and I would say definitely not water resistant. I plan on spraying this with a waterproofing spray. However if this bag were to get wet I am confident it will dry quickly if hung out.Overall first impressions are very positive and would definitely recommend this product. Time and use will tell.Happy trails, Scott from St. Louis

This bag is legit!
We flew on Avelo and they have specific dimensions for a checked bag, not only did the Dimensions nail it, but it fit about 54 pounds of clothes, we just brought a smaller carry-on to take out the extra when we were at their scale and it was perfect. You definitely need a person with muscles to carry it from the car to check it onto the airplane though because this beast is heavy! Can’t beat the price either!

We packed this duffle bag in our carry-ons for a trip. At the end of the trip we were able to fit all of our clothing and shoes from 2 carry-on suitcases inside this bag. Then we were able to pack our car hard sided carry-on suitcases full of souvenirs. It worked great and we didn’t have to buy a suitcase while traveling. The bag was lightweight, easily folded up to be packed, and sturdy enough to be fully stuffed with clothes and shoes as a checked bag.

A big, cheap auto travel bag
This thing is big and it’s light. I knew the size dimensions when I ordered it but I was still sort of shocked when I opened it up. It definitely will fit whatever you want to pack. With that in mind, I would only recommend this bag if you are the one handling your bag (i.e. traveling in an automobile). I don’t think I’d trust baggage handlers with air travel. The strap is nice, the various pockets (a lot with zippers) are great, and the main zipper seems strong. If you want a very big bag at a very cost-effective price, this is a great option. There are definitely better products out there at much higher prices, but this one gets the job done and doesn’t require breaking the bank. Basically, it’s a great option to use if it’s impractical to use or you don’t want to use your traditional suitcase for certain travel or packing needs.
