  29. Armaan Ellison –

Unfortunate customer service. I have received the burst package and the product does not work properly due to all the hits it has received. When requesting a refund or a solution, I am ignored and they give me long or that I solve their problem. I do not recommend the purchase for the mere fact that if you have a problem with this platform and this product will not help you, although by law they should give you solutions that do not involve you for their negligence.

The product obviously does not work well, it does not have enough force to hold the phone.

The order arrived on the exact time, but the problem is with the order: I ordered the new version, which is m22. Frankly, from my experience, the product is very bad, it never prevents vibration, and it is difficult to control it, it heats up, and suddenly it turns off and stops. When I turn it on, I have to break it up with my hand so that it can be fixed. The important thing is that I will return it and order the first version because this is bad.

Well received, works but not easy to understand the principle because the notice is not clear, badly translated. I don’t think I’ll keep it, back to the seller.

  57. Branda Goshorn –

The delivery is fast, the quality is good (but I will say the product is not professional right away, don’t expect much from it), the seller is great, the shipment is fast, I recommend it for not sophisticated photos and video fans.
