    Unfortunate customer service. I have received the burst package and the product does not work properly due to all the hits it has received. When requesting a refund or a solution, I am ignored and they give me long or that I solve their problem. I do not recommend the purchase for the mere fact that if you have a problem with this platform and this product will not help you, although by law they should give you solutions that do not involve you for their negligence.

    The product obviously does not work well, it does not have enough force to hold the phone.
